How Girls Get Ready - Realistic Get Ready With Me!

11:31
How girls get ready - Realistic Get Ready With Me (Prom, Date, Night out)! In this get ready with me video I show how girls get ready for a date, how girls get ready for a prom or a similar special occasion. It's basically realistic get ready with me, with all the problems we girls come across when getting ready. Have you ever wondered why girls take so long to get ready for a date night, night out (clubbing) or a prom? It's not only makeup that needs to be applied, there's also hair, perfect dress, body and much more. This get ready with me video will give you the answers. http://sarabeautycorner.com/ Contrary to the common belief we do much more than applying make up, painting nails and curling our hair when getting ready. Let's start at the beginning. This is how girls get ready! No matter in how much hurry we are, we always take time for our BFF Girls like to talk more than guys and an important event like a date or a prom is surely worth informing our best friend about it. Of course an intentional five minute call quickly turns into one hour long conversation, even though we saw our friend 2 hours ago and will probably see her the first time tomorrow. How do we still have so much conversation material?! If the time permits we also do a few squats and crunches of course expecting a huge difference. 5 minute belly workout means an amazing belly in 5 minutes, right? Other beauty life hacks that we girls try when getting ready for a date or prom are DIY masks and smoothies. You guessed it's usually a waste of time if we are lucky and a disaster if we are not. No girl's get ready with me is complete without a singing performance under the shower or when blow drying our hair. Time flies when you're having time, well there's so much fun when girls get ready. But not everything is positive and fun when girls get ready. When we are in a hurry and have to apply make up things can go very wrong! Yeah, a basic everyday make up can take hours to achieve. In this How girls get ready video you will also see all the funny faces girls make when applying make up. Moving to hairstyle. Why is our hair so uncooperative when we most need them to be, like for the prom or date! An important part of How girls get ready is also documenting the process by taking selfies and posting them on social media. If an internet headquarter starts to burn, there's probably just a huge girls night out going on somewhere. Dress up - does it happen to you that right when you urgently need a specific dress, it's in the wash. It happens to me a lot and I hate it! Choosing a new outfit last minute is so stressful! Another thing that I show you in this How girls get ready video is how much unnecessary stuff we carry around in our purse, it's crazy. Ok, we are all ready to kill it on the date, and there's nothing that could go wrong from here on, right? Don't be so sure... 3 Tests to Check if Your Honey is Pure or Fake

03:15
We all know that honey has a lot of health benefits, which is mainly due to the large number of vitamins and minerals that it contains. However, this is only true in pure honey and a lot of what you find at the supermarket is not pure honey. A lot of times, honey is mixed with glucose solutions or other honey with a high amount of water. This process is called being adulterated and it takes away from the health benefits that you receive from home. So, how can you tell if your honey is pure? Today we will discuss just that. 1. Solidification of the Honey Take a look at the bottle and see what the honey inside of it looks like. Overtime, all honey will crystallize into something looking like granulated sugar. If it is crystallized in the store, this is pure honey. If it is liquid, you could wait to see if it solidifies. Putting it in the refrigerator will speed up that process. If your honey never turns into crystals, then it is likely that you do not have pure honey on your hands. 2. Read the Label Before you purchase any products, you should always learn to read labels. Make sure that the ingredient list of the honey does not contain high-fructose corn syrup or glucose. These are two substances that are usually added to honey that keep it from solidifying. Companies also add this to the honey so that they get more honey out of their batch. 3. Test It There are other ways to test to see if your honey is pure: Mix some honey with water, then add four or five drops of vinegar. If the liquid turns foamy, that is not pure honey. It may have a substance called gypsum added to it. Mix a tablespoon of honey with water. If the honey dissolves easily, it is not pure, as pure honey should remain intact when dipped into water. Use a match to try and burn the honey, as pure honey will light up and burn due to the sugar content. Other low-quality honey usually contains water that will prevent it from lighting and burning. Put some honey onto a spoon and hold it up. If the honey falls quickly, then this is not pure honey. Good quality, pure honey, will stay on the spoon or fall ever so slowly. Use a small piece of old, stale bread and put it in honey. Leave it in for ten minutes and then pull it out of the honey. If the bread is still hard, then you have pure honey. If the honey has added water, the bread will be soggy. You can also use iodine to identify impure honey. Just mix honey, water and a few drops of iodine. If the mixture turns blue, then the honey has some sort of added flour or starch in it. Testing your honey will ensure that you have pure, unadulterated honey that will provide you with the health benefits of honey that you know of and care about. Do you buy honey often? Did you know that honey can be tampered with by manufacturer’s to better meet their bottom line, rather than your health? Sound off in our comment section to continue this discussion. WikiLeaks Iraq Shooting Video Analysis

14:11
A secret video showing US air crew falsely claiming to have encountered a firefight in Baghdad and then laughing at the dead after launching an air strike that killed a dozen people, including two Iraqis working for Reuters news agency, was revealed by Wikileaks today. The footage of the July 2007 attack was made public in a move that will further anger the Pentagon, which has drawn up a report identifying the whistleblower website as a threat to national security. The US defence department was embarrassed when that confidential report appeared on the Wikileaks site last month alongside a slew of military documents. The release of the video from Baghdad also comes shortly after the US military admitted that its special forces attempted to cover up the killings of three Afghan women in a raid in February by digging the bullets out of their bodies. The newly released video of the Baghdad attacks was recorded on one of two Apache helicopters hunting for insurgents on 12 July 2007. Among the dead were a 22-year-old Reuters photographer, Namir Noor-Eldeen, and his driver, Saeed Chmagh, 40. The Pentagon blocked an attempt by Reuters to obtain the video through a freedom of information request. Wikileaks director Julian Assange said his organisation had to break through encryption by the military to view it. In the recording, the helicopter crews can be heard discussing the scene on the street below. One American claims to have spotted six people with AK-47s and one with a rocket-propelled grenade. It is unclear if some of the men are armed but Noor-Eldeen can be seen with a camera. Chmagh is talking on his mobile phone. One of the helicopter crew is then heard saying that one of the group is shooting. But the video shows there is no shooting or even pointing of weapons. The men are standing around, apparently unperturbed. The lead helicopter, using the moniker Crazyhorse, opens fire. "Hahaha. I hit 'em," shouts one of the American crew. Another responds a little later: "Oh yeah, look at those dead bastards." One of the men on the ground, believed to be Chmagh, is seen wounded and trying to crawl to safety. One of the helicopter crew is heard wishing for the man to reach for a gun, even though there is none visible nearby, so he has the pretext for opening fire: "All you gotta do is pick up a weapon." A van draws up next to the wounded man and Iraqis climb out. They are unarmed and start to carry the victim to the vehicle in what would appear to be an attempt to get him to hospital. One of the helicopters opens fire with armour-piercing shells. "Look at that. Right through the windshield," says one of the crew. Another responds with a laugh. Sitting behind the windscreen were two children who were wounded. After ground forces arrive and the children are discovered, the American air crew blame the Iraqis. "Well it's their fault for bringing kids in to a battle," says one. "That's right," says another. Initially the US military said that all the dead were insurgents. Then it claimed the helicopters reacted to an active firefight. Assange said that the video demonstrated that neither claim was true. "Why would anyone be so relaxed with two Apaches if someone was carrying an RPG and that person was an enemy of the United States?" he said. "The behaviour of the pilots is like a computer game. When Saeed is crawling, clearly unable to do anything, their response is: come on buddy, we want to kill you, just pick up a weapon ... It appears to be a desire to get a higher score, or a higher number of kills." Wikileaks says it will shortly release a second secret US military video showing the deaths of civilians in an attack in Afghanistan. The Pentagon has been seeking ways to prevent classified material appearing on Wikileaks, including through "criminal sanctions". Wikileaks has made public classified US army reports on weapons, military units and battle strategy in Iraq and Afghanistan. Biblical Series I: Introduction to the Idea of God

02:38:29
Lecture I in my Psychological Significance of the Biblical Stories series from May 16th at Isabel Bader Theatre in Toronto. In this lecture, I describe what I consider to be the idea of God, which is at least partly the notion of sovereignty and power, divorced from any concrete sovereign or particular, individual person of power. I also suggest that God, as Father, is something akin to the spirit or pattern inherent in the human hierarchy of authority, which is based in turn on the dominance hierarchies characterizing animals. The Third Industrial Revolution: A Radical New Sharing Economy

01:44:59
The global economy is in crisis. The exponential exhaustion of natural resources, declining productivity, slow growth, rising unemployment, and steep inequality, forces us to rethink our economic models. Where do we go from here? In this feature-length documentary, social and economic theorist Jeremy Rifkin lays out a road map to usher in a new economic system. A Third Industrial Revolution is unfolding with the convergence of three pivotal technologies: an ultra-fast 5G communication internet, a renewable energy internet, and a driverless mobility internet, all connected to the Internet of Things embedded across society and the environment. This 21st century smart digital infrastructure is giving rise to a radical new sharing economy that is transforming the way we manage, power and move economic life. But with climate change now ravaging the planet, it needs to happen fast. Change of this magnitude requires political will and a profound ideological shift. We fixed one of the vortex cannon in a stationary position, and used a multi-axis microscope stage to align a second cannon to it… which sounds incredibly easy, until you realize that DYE density was an experiment all on its own. If the density of the dye mix was light than water, the vortex would go up. If the dye was more dense than water the vortex would fall. We had to overcome SO MANY VARIABLES to overcome and we basically spent about 4 hours figuring each variable. Water/dye temperature differential Water turbulence Water turbidity (cloudiness or haziness of a fluid) How to reset the aquarium Cannon Spacing Cannon Nozzle Cannon Shape Dye homogeneity in the vortex itself The piston displacement volume The piston stroke speed Rubber diaphragm tension, would make one side fire faster than the other. Water or air to drive diaphram? Firing speed (too slow and they drift, too fast and turbulence tears apart secondaries) We did a complete redesign of the cannon 3 different times. The Dye loading method was changed several times At times We tried to maintain negative pressure on the cannon chamber… we also tried to put shutters on the front of the muzzle. Ultimately I decided it was ok to live with dye dripping out of the front. We had to premix the dyes and eventually we got there. It got to the point where we didn’t even really know what success looked like and always thought we were there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The thought is my efforts making videos will help educate the world as a whole, and one day generate enough revenue to pay for my kids college education. "Common Workflow Language" explained in 64 seconds

01:05
In many scientific fields (such as bioinformatics, medical imaging, and astronomy) large quantities of data need to be analyzed. This can involve large-scale and repetitive processes in long pipelines of different tools — referred to as workflows. it can be very time-consuming to run the data through all these different tools by hand and convert outputs to various formats to make them compatible with the next step. Workflow management systems are designed to alleviate this problem by allowing these workflows to be expressed formally and providing infrastructure to set up, execute, and monitor them. This formal expression of workflows allows for scientists to easily share and reuse them. Crucially they can also be used to verify results of computation for published work. However there are many competing [ways] for describing workflows which is a barrier to this aim. Currently there are over a hundred different data analysis workflow systems with no interoperability between them. The need has arisen to have a single common standard and so the "Common Workflow Language" project was created: An open standard designed to express workflows and their tooling in groups of YAML structured text files. http://www.commonwl.org http://www.commonwl.org/v1.0/UserGuide.html https://bcbio-nextgen.readthedocs.io https://view.commonwl.org/workflows/github.com/common-workflow-language/workflows/tree/920c6be/workflows/lobSTR/lobSTR-workflow.cwl https://github.com/common-workflow-language/common-workflow-language/wiki/Existing-Workflow-systems Video from "CWLViewer", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yjhVTmvxLU by Mark Robinson, Stian Soiland-Reyes, Carole Goble / BioExcel Center of Excellence for Computational Biomolecular Research Help us caption & translate this video! https://amara.org/v/bdJr/

7 SEO Experiments To SKYROCKET Your Traffic

01:53:09
Learn seven SEO experiments that grew my traffic from 9,029 search visitors a month to 449,000 in two years. ►Subscribe: https://goo.gl/ScRTwc to learn more secret SEO tips. Find me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/neilkpatel/ Read more on my blog: https://neilpatel.com/blog Today, I'm gonna teach you guys seven experiments that I ran that grew my traffic from 9,029 search visitors a month to 449,000. That's a huge increase. Now to clarify, I did that increase through a period of two years from January 2015 all the way to January 2017. Experiment number one, does post frequency affect search traffic? Now you guys already know that when you're first starting off with a blog or a website, and you add a ton of content, of course, frequency and the amount of content as well as quality affect how much traffic you're gonna get. Because if you have five pages that Google's indexed, and then you have 100 pages, obviously you have a higher probability of getting more search traffic. But the real question is is there diminishing returns? What happens if you go from having 100 blog posts to 200, 200 to 500, 500 to 1,000, et cetera? What really happens? So I decided to test a few things. Experiment number two, here's another way that I really increased my search traffic. It's pretty much just figure out if you can use social media data to figure out how to increase your click-through rate. We all know that click-through rate increases rankings, right? So if you're number one versus number two versus number three, there's a huge difference in how much search traffic you get. You, of course, wanna be number one. And when you're number two and you're getting more clicks on your listing than the number one listing, what happens? Well, Google will naturally move you up. Experiment number three, who is Neil Patel? Some of you guys have seen this, some of you haven't. And my big hypothesis with this test was does Google rank brands higher? And I wanted to really figure that out, right? Just like Pepsi, Coke, everyone knows about 'em. You see that glass, and you're like oh I really want a Pepsi, I want a Coke. They have a really strong brand. So do these brands get preferential treatment when it comes to Google? And well first of all, before you can actually do that, you need to first figure out how does Google track if a brand is popular? Experiment number four, is content really king? And it's funny, right, everyone talks about like oh you should do a ton of stuff with content. Blogging's the best stuff, and is it really the best stuff? I have no idea. I thought it was the best idea 'cause I've been blogging for so long, Quick Sprout, Neil Patel, Kissmetrics, Crazy Egg, et cetera where I'm like well let's really actually see if content is king. So I invest so much time and energy into content 'cause I have a team that helps me. Experiment five, does bounce rate impact search traffic? We've all heard about it, and you know there's a few things that I ended up doing. I think this slide is wrong, right? Is this right? Let's see. I'm just fast forwarding, all right, a bit misplaced, but I can go through it. All right, so in general, you've heard about it. And I started testing things out. And here's a general synopsis. Experiment number six, does keyword density or thoroughness matter more? So I'm assuming you guys have all tried shoving keywords onto a page. I know I have. I used to do things like aim for a higher keyword density than my competitors, use keywords within my h1 tag, use a keyword within my URL, and put the keyword within the first sentence of the content. Experiment number seven, do URLs really matter? So I changed my URL, and in one month my search traffic grew by over 40%. Tyler from Canada who was giving a speech I think yesterday, he's the one who told me about this. We got introduced by a mutual friend, Tony from Expedia. If you like this video, like, comment, share. I do appreciate it. And if I can ever do anything to help you out genuinely even if it's you know giving you some advice, I don't care for the money, just leave a comment below, and I will do my best to try to help you out and answer all your questions. Thank you for watching.

SCP-1827 A Trap for Turkeys | Euclid class | Avian / extradimensional / portal / spacetime scp

09:31
SCP-1827 is a Type-5 space-time anomaly leading to a partially explored parallel universe, hereby referred as SCP-1827-1. SCP-1827 extends in three dimensions and constantly emits a bright pink light. SCP-1827 is approximately two (2) meters in height, and is suspended forty-five (45) centimeters above the ground. SCP-1827 appears to be vaguely shaped as an avian figure. However, in photographic and video records SCP-1827 appears as an amorphous pink mass. SCP-1827 is inaccessible to most living beings. However, specimens of wild turkey (Meleagris gallopavo) are able to access SCP-1827 if placed within instances of SCP-1827-2 (see below). Monthly, SCP-1827 will undergo an expansion event. During this event, SCP-1827 will drastically increase in size, varying from 15 to 40 meters. Once the expansion event has concluded, an instance of SCP-1827-2 will emerge from a random point of SCP-1827. This process usually takes from 30 minutes to 5 hours. Once the instance of SCP-1827-2 has completely emerged, SCP-1827 will slowly revert to its initial size. This study is a theoretical approach, to a digital microscopic analysis, on which the simulation on mechanical properties, evaluates the way in which a retaining mechanism of the back of an orthodontic bracket, develops stresses that tend to deform or cause breakage during the process of debonding it from the surface of a tooth. When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to that of the first body. In other words, the Newton's third low of motion: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp technology, a 3d detailed model drawing was designed, edited, visualized and simulated by using mechanical and other scientific details. Three metal alloys took place in that evaluation:the 2205 stainless steel alloy (EN 1.4462),the Remanium star cl (Dentaurum) and the MP1(EOS GmbH). Appropriate design factors are based on several considerations, such as the accuracy of predictions on the imposed loads, strength, wear estimates, and the environmental effects to which the product will be exposed in service. What are all those considerations? Is a static nodal stress (Von Mises) analysis, or a static displacement analysis, capable to specify standards in designing and constructing a perfect functional element? The conclusion is only one: Using digital procedure and studying those parameters, it might be explained and eliminated all the opposite effect caused by an inadequate construction. Analyse et interprétation du texte littéraire

11:01

PHILOSOPHY - Nietzsche

The first bit should sound like ‘Knee’, the second like ‘cher’: Knee – cher. Friedrich Nietzsche was born in 1844 in a quiet village in the eastern part of Germany, where – for generations – his forefathers had been pastors. Bill Gates: Teachers need real feedback

Hoysaleswara Temple, India - Built with Ancient Machining Technology?

08:55
Follow Me on: Instagram................ http://instagram.com/praveenET Twitter...................... https://twitter.com/PraveenMohanET Facebook.................https://www.facebook.com/praveenmohanfans Website.................... http://www.phenomenalplace.com Hey guys, in this video I am going to show you some solid evidence of ancient machining technology at Hoysaleswara temple. There is something very strange about these pillars. If you look closely, you can see these minute circular marks all around the pillar. These are created as a result of machining the pillar on a lathe, this process is called turning. There is no way to achieve this with chisels and hammers manually. If you look at these pillars, it is crystal clear that they were made with machines. In fact, archeologists agree that these pillars were created in a lathe, but offer no convincing explanation as to how these huge pillars were machined, 900 years ago. Nowadays, we are able to create these fascinating grooves and designs on a lathe, but machining a 12 foot tall stone pillar would be a very difficult job, even today. So, how were these pillars created with amazing perfection in ancient times? Did ancient builders use machines and advanced tools, just like what we use today? If this is true, is it possible that they also carved these machines or tools in this temple? Here you can see a very strange device in the hands of a god called Masana Bhairava. This clearly represents a type of gear mechanism called planetary gears. The outer Gear has 32 teeth and the inner gear has exactly half the number or 16 teeth, which is precisely how we use reduction gears today. If this were just an imaginary tool, how could the ancient sculptors come up with this gear ratio of 2:1? Even more interesting, we can also see a fastener that goes around this mechanism and is locked in at the center. Today, we use the exact same technology, we use something called a circlip lock or a snap ring to keep these things in place. If historians are right, how could primitive people, working with chisels and hammers imagine such a mechanism? Is it possible that advanced machining technology was used 900 years ago? Is this why, we see such perfect pillars? What's more interesting is that this god is called MasanaBhairava which means God of measurement. Is it a coincidence that the God of measurement is holding an advanced tool? Read the rest of the story here: https://goo.gl/Np9Dr2 #India #AncientAliens #Search4Truth

The surprising habits of original thinkers | Adam Grant

15:25
How do creative people come up with great ideas? Organizational psychologist Adam Grant studies "originals": thinkers who dream up new ideas and take action to put them into the world. In this talk, learn three unexpected habits of originals — including embracing failure. "The greatest originals are the ones who fail the most, because they're the ones who try the most," Grant says. "You need a lot of bad ideas in order to get a few good ones." What's hidden under the Greenland ice sheet? | Kristin Poinar

09:02
The Greenland ice sheet is massive, mysterious -- and melting. Using advanced technology, scientists are revealing its secrets for the first time, and what they've found is amazing: hidden under the ice sheet is a vast aquifer that holds a Lake Tahoe-sized volume of water from the summer melt. Does this water stay there, or does it find its way out to the ocean and contribute to global sea level rise? Join glaciologist Kristin Poinar for a trip to this frozen, forgotten land to find out. Mind the Matrix FULL FILM EN/NL/ES/DE/FR/PT

02:13:28
DISCLAIMER: This film offers OPINIONS and FACTS. In the case of people’s personal experiences shared in this documentary, it is of the utmost importance that you DO NOT accept and believe everything you hear and see without doing your own research and feeling what your own truth is, as seen through your own personal filters. This film is to invite people to wake up and find the truth how they see it. Everyone’s experience is different and it is within the crossovers that we find a commonly accepted reality. The makers of this film also do not encourage the viewer to drink Ayahuasca. This film is not about this medicine plant. It is only mentioned in the beginning of this film whereby the narrator shares an experience. However the rest of the film does not focus on this plant. Attending an Ayahuasca ceremony is not for everyone and should be very carefully considered. Since the release of this film, the filmmaker believes humanity’s collective consciousness has expanded considerably to make a significant collective change in the matrix template. This film is subtitled in: English/Nederlands/Deutsch/Espanol/Francais Our external reality is an expression of what we have collectively created together and we consider this to be REALITY. Reality in this case means ‘OUR THOUGHTS REALISED’. So, yes, it is a form of reality indeed. However, a lot of the realities we have created are not in harmony with our true being and planet earth. Western society is a slash and burn reality where what we take is not given back. This will eventually result in the exhaustion of resources of our planet. The way we treat planet Earth is a result of how we treat ourselves and thus others. We tend to think in a linear way and not in a cyclical way where what goes out comes back in and vise versa: A dance between our internal eternal spirit and the physical external realm. It is like we have become so mesmerized that we believe that the external world is all there is. We hang on to it for dear life and since we know our resources are finite, fear and greed put us into a constant survival mode. In the mean time our true being is not integrated as much as is healthy for our wellbeing. It is like we walk around like zombies; cleverly reflected by the large amount of zombie movies that have come out over the past 10 years. The film ‘Mind the Matrix’ looks at all this and with the help of various experts, hands the viewer tools on how to get back to our natural state of inner and outer harmony. This is where global change will start. With ourselves. Once we have rediscovered the nature of who we really are, this will automatically be reflected outwards. Our ‘reality’ will then be adjusted all by itself. By remaining focused outwards, we as humans may just get exhausted of trying for change and not seeing any. Like Mahatma Gandhi said ‘Be the change that you want in the world’. Please watch the movie and share it with as many people as you feel to. If you speak a foreign language and you would like it to be available in your country, please contact mindthematrix.com to suggest volunteers who can translate the English version. Enjoy watching. Thank you to our translators Tim Wiechers, Mauricio Taipe, Susanne Aloe and Guillaume Lebreton, Daniel Carvalho

Grit: the power of passion and perseverance | Angela Lee Duckworth

06:13
Leaving a high-flying job in consulting, Angela Lee Duckworth took a job teaching math to seventh graders in a New York public school. She quickly realized that IQ wasn't the only thing separating the successful students from those who struggled. Here, she explains her theory of "grit" as a predictor of success.
